Just writing to say thank you for arranging another great holiday (Bradley Court Hotel, Scarborough). The weather was the one week of summer! The hotel was very comfortable and in a good position, the staff were friendly and the food was great. Any little niggles were ironed out immediately and we had no complaints from anyone on the trip.
..I also enclose a group photo taken in the foyer of the hotel that I thought you might like to use for your newsletter. It has already gone into the NHS Retirement Fellowship newsletter. We always try to give you a plug when we can as we are more than happy with your services.
