A Very Successful Holiday

Star LetterThe organiser for the Wilmington Active Retirement Association, Tony Lawn, recently took his group to Swindon for 5 days, 4 nights at the De Vere Shawridge Hotel. Tony wrote in to thank all the staff at Airedale for the party they played in organising his groups holiday. Tony wins £20 in gift vouchers for his letter.

Whilst writing I want to express my thanks to all the staff at Airedale for the excellent and professional manner in which all matters were dealt with in organizing what has been a very successful holiday.

I also want to mention the way in which Dave Phillips dealt with our forthcoming holiday to Hereford. His foresight in sending a copy of the proposed itinerary to our hotel in Swindon enabled me to get some copies run off for distribution to my party, from which a number of bookings were made.

Airedale Tours’ professionalism and friendliness is shown in many ways when I am organizing holidays, particularly when dealing with the paperwork prior to the holiday.
