Star LetterEileen's group enjoyed a very entertaining 'Holly and Mistletoe' break at the Ullswater Hotel in Bournemouth. Eileen wins £20 in gift vouchers.

letter_dancingI would like to tell you in this letter about my group’s delight with their stay at The Ullswater Hotel. The management
and staff were so helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and always hot (compliments to the chef).

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean and the entertainment was just that – entertaining! Everyone was on their feet dancing or joining in the singing and we all enjoyed the audience participation.

David, our coach driver, was great. He was friendly and very helpful and always pleasant and very calm and steady when driving.

…thank you all for finding such a lovely hotel – we were all sorry to leave it after being so spoilt…
