Rewarding our loyal customers
This autumn we are launching a new scheme to reward our loyal customers. Many of you recommend our services to your friends and colleagues and it’s just great to know that you are keen to pass on our details.
So we thought it would be a good idea to show you just how much we appreciate your support and your confidence in Airedale Tours’ holidays. We’ve come up with a new ‘Recommend a Friend’ scheme that rewards our customers for their loyalty. It gives you the chance to receive extra free places on your own group holidays.
We’ll shortly be sending all our regular group organisers a letter and a book of ‘Recommend a Friend’ vouchers with full details of how the scheme works. In a nutshell, if you recommend Airedale Tours to a friend who subsequently books a group holiday with us, we’ll reward you with an extra free place when you book your own group’s next Airedale holiday.
To keep things simple, there’s no limit to the number of friends you can recommend and there’s no time limit on the extra free places for your group.
We hope you and your group members like the idea of being rewarded with extra free places. We think it’s a nice way to say ‘thank you’ for recommending us. Let us know what you think of the scheme – we’re always keen to listen to our customers.
