Malta has been influenced by the many different occupants who lived on the islands throughout the years. Today it presents the perfect blend of history, landscapes, delicious food and sunshine.

Price is per person sharing a double or twin room. Single supplement of £220 applies. 

Please let us know if you would like to upgrade to half-board (including house wine, beer, soft drinks, coffee and water) for £33pp per day.


Itinerary/Excursions

Day 01

Fly to Malta where you will be met at the airport by a local guide for your transfer to your hotel.

Day 02

This morning, you will take a guided tour through the streets of Valletta, visiting the Upper Barracca Gardens for a panoramic view of the harbour before continuing to the Co-Cathedral of St.John which is filled with wonderful sculptures and paintings, including two by Carvaggio. After a small Maltese snack and some free time for lunch, disocver the historical area otherwise known as the three cities: Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea with a tour.

Day 03

Enjoy a day at leisure.

Day 04

Visit Malta's sister island of Gozo, with its unique character. On this picturesque three-hilled island you will be visiting the Ta Pinu Cathedral, St. George Basilica, the citadel of Victoria, the bay of Xlendi and Dwerja. There will also be free time to explore at your own leisure - perhaps go shopping a Gozo is renowned for its woolen goods and handmade lace. 

Day 05

Drive towards the centre of the island for your first stop in the village of Mosta to visit the Mosta Church and view the third large unspported dome in Europe. Continue towards the town of Rabat for some free time for lunch, before continuing to the old capital city of Mdina. Take a walk in the silent city and visit the cathedral and imposing bastions to admire a panorama of the island. 

Day 06

Enjoy a day at leisure.

Day 07

Today you will visit the south of the island, commencing with a tour to the Blue Grotto (boat price €10 pp - weather permitting), and other grottoes nearby. You will then visit the main fishing village of Marsaxlokk with its pretty luttos lining the waterfront of this peaceful bay.

Day 08

Take a transfer back to the airport and fly home.
