Rome's Jubilee Year, Only Occuring Every 25 Years

The second jubilee year with Pope Francis will be a special year of grace, in which the Catholic Church offers the faithful the chance to ask for a plenary indulgence. Dedicated to celebration, forgiveness, and renewal, Rome will be buzzing with pilgrims come to celebrate this sepcial occassion.

Price is per person sharing a double or twin room. Single supplement of £295 applies. Please note that this tour is capped at 20 passengers.

Itinerary/Excursions

Day 01

Fly to Rome from London Heathrow and check in to your hotel.

Day 02

Take a full day guided walking tour of Rome and the Pantheon as you discover ancient and historical Rome, seeing the sights and history of the capital city such as the Coloseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Ancient ruins, temples, museums and culture are ready to dive into.

Day 03

Today is the highlight of the tour, visting Christan Rome in the Vatican City. A full day walking tour will take you to St. Peter's Basilica, the spiritual heart of Catholicism. This symbolic building of the Vatican is certainly impressive, and all of the pictures inside are actually made of mosaic. Visit the Vatican Museums which conserve the immense collections of art immassed by the popes since the seventeenth centuries.

Day 04

Spend a day at leisure, perhaps revisting some of the monuments.

Day 05

Take a transfer from the hotel to the airport to fly back to the UK.
