Itinerary/Excursions

Day 01

Take the Eurostar from London St. Pancreas and upon arrival in Rotterdam be greeted by a dedicated tour guide. After checking into the Inntel Hotel, Zaandam, we depart for a first impression city tour of Amsterdam which includes a scenic canal cruise. You can relax and enjoy the picturesque views of Amsterdam's historic waterways, charming houseboats and iconic bridges with interesting insights into the city's architecture, culture and rich history. After the tour we return to the hotel where you can rest and unwind and take advantage of the hotel's facilities or explore the nearby area.

Day 02

After a late breakfast at the hotel, we visit The Tulip Experience where you can wander through fields adorned with a kaleidoscope of tulip varieties in full bloom, with wonderful views and photo opportunities. After time for lunch we visit the renowned Keukenhof Gardens, otherwise known as the Garden of Europe. Spanning 79 acres and home to over seven million tulips, daffodils and hyacinths in full bloom. The visit will also include a guided tour to provide deeper insights into the garden's history and horticultural highlights.

Day 03

Spend today at Bloemenpark Appeltern, a renowned garden park featuring over 200 model gardens.Upon arrival be greeted with a traditional Dutch apple pie with whipped cream and tea/coffee. An expert will lead a 1 hour guided tour of the park, focusing on plant knowledge and garden design before a lecture on gardening and happiness by Ben van Ooijen. After free time for lunch we then have an informative presenatation by Elisabeth Scholt will further your knowledge on incorporating resilience and beauty into your own garden. In the evening enjoy a Gala Dinner with a four course tasting menu with open bar arrangement.

Day 04

After breakfast, take a transfer to Brussels for the train back home.
