Lesley, Field Sales Manager: “A successful woman is one who owns their identity through strength, courage, and the passion to succeed. The best way to succeed is to discover what you love and find a way to offer it to others and get over any obstacle in your way. I live life with determination, hard work, success and never look at failure. Confidence is beauty within.”
Alice, Marketing Executive: “I love working in a female workplace, it’s so much fun! We all have such a healthy work-life balance, with everyone recognising that such a balance brings lots of positivity to the office. Everybody motivates one another to excel and it’s so lovely to have the feeling of working in such a friendly environment.
As the travel industry starts to grow again, it is inspiring to see such resilience and determination from my colleagues, I can’t wait to continue my journey with Airedale!”
